The wonderful triple snorkel experience is suitable for anyone aged 12 and up and includes snorkelling in both sides of the tropical lagoon PLUS an extra snorkel with stingrays in Fingill Lagoon! You will get to snorkel with both the zebra sharks as well as the amazing reef sharks and then move on to a whole other lagoon to swim around with huge rays! Be amazed by the sharks and rays as they glide under and around you and immerse yourself in their fascinating world.

This package also includes the entry pass and shallow water experience where you can feet and pet the animals in the shallow water of the lagoons. We will provide food for the animals and you can interact with them as they swim around your feet! It's fun, educational and exciting for all ages!

When you first arrive for your session you will need to get changed into the wetsuit provided, then we'll give you a pair of Irukandji souvenir socks to wear and keep, plus a snorkel mask to borrow. You will then be guided with an experience fishkeeper around three different areas for 30 minutes each time. Our incredible animals will swim past you as you guide along the surface, watching them zoom around in their underwater home.

After your snorkel you are free to spend time hanging around in the shallow water interacting with all the animals. You'll be given food and a feeding stick so they will come up to you seeking your food and attention. At all times you'll be guided by a friendly, knowledgable staff member who has lots of information to share with you.

Participants must be at least 12 years old for this experience. It is suitable for beginners however participants must be able to swim without assistance.

Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters is an interactive aquarium where
you will get the chance to feed and pet a variety of species of sharks
and rays.  Your entry pass includes walking around the aquarium from the
edges of the lagoon, wading into the shallows of the lagoon, food for
our sharks and rays and educational talks by our knowledgeable fish
keepers. 

Book ahead to avoid disappointment, as a personal interactive experience we only
allow a certain number of visitors at any given time, we are very popular and in busy times can book our for an entire day so don't miss out.

What to bring: Swimmers, towels hats, sunscreen if it is reef friendly, cameras (underwater are permitted) 

What not to bring:  Non reef friendly sunscreen, your own wetsuit (as it could harbour marine-life from the ocean)
