Encounter sharks and rays and feed these amazing animals while wading in the beautiful warm waters of the lagoon. Your ticket will allow you entry into our interactive aquarium, plus an encounter in the shallow water of the lagoon and food for the sharks and rays.


This experience is great for all ages! Young and old will be delighted by how friendly, affectionate and curious our creatures are. During your journey into their marine world you will learn so much about the ocean and the animals that live in it. This is such a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with such rare and elusive creatures and become acquainted with their unique personalities, beauty and grace. You will leave Irukandji with a sense of wonder, armed with knowledge to help conserve our ocean environment and its inhabitants.

Also available at the facility are hot showers, coffee, snacks and beverages as well as a fully stocked gift store for you to enjoy before or after your encounter. Picnic tables are grassy areas are provided so feel free to stay as long as you want and relax in between your encounters with the animals.

Open 9am-5pm every day of the year except Christmas Day, so there's plenty of opportunity to book in.
